It seems Carine Roitfeld's recent vacancy at the head of French Vogue is filled. WWD reported today that the magazine's fashion director, Emmanuelle Alt, is stepping in as the new editor in chief. Though Carine's left a sizable pair of pumps to fill, Emmanuelle's work styling for the fashion mag since 2000 is a clear indication that this style-savvy innovator is more than capable. Need proof?
