In mid-September, a silhouette of the major Doernbecher/Air Jordan project surfaced on the web to many sneaker enthusiast’s excitement. As predicted, the model of choice is the Air Jordan 3. We now have our first look at this highly-anticipated sneaker. Varsity Red covers the majority of the upper, appearing in different textures throughout. In detail, monochromatic, Varsity Red/Black cement print appears on the toe area and heel panel, while a unique, patterned leather print graces the side panels/toe box. Additional black hints appear in the form of the collar midsole, laces and tongue. Also, minimal Metallic Silver attributes add nice color compliments, while the entire makeup is complimented with an icy sole. Stay tuned as more information regarding this shoe’s release and construction will surface soon.
